  11. Gap Certificate (For Students applying after gap since passing H.S.C.)

  13. Recent passport size photos (2 copies)
  14. 2 sets of Attested photocopies of all above documents
  15. Students Saving Account details in any Nationalised Bank linked with Aadhar Card
